Building Compliance Reports
A Compliance Report provides owners and/or their authorised agents with information regarding a property’s status with respect to compliance with the applicable building regulations. Compliance Reports are typically requested as a result of a possible sale or refinancing of a building or property and take the form of a report demonstrating compliance against the relevant Technical Guidance Documents (T.G.D) from Part A to Part M.
