What is a Property Condition Report?
A Property Condition Report (PCR) — also referred to as a Property Condition Assessment (PCA) provides descriptions, deficiencies, and recommendations based on a visual assessment of a property and its curtilage by a suitably qualified Engineer. This report is primarliy used by purchasers to understand the condition of the property they are proposing to purchase.
